Nehir TOKGÖZ

Hakkında

Nehir Tokgoz received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from the Erciyes University Kayseri, Turkey in 2005 and 2008, respectively. She received her Ph.D. in mechanical engineering in 2014 from the Department of Mechanical at Cukurova University. She joined the Mechanical Engineering Department at Sakarya University in 2022 where she currently serves as an Associate Professor. She won a scholarship from the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey and then She worked in a post-doctoral status at the University of Nevada, Reno. She taught undergraduate and graduate courses in different subjects, Fluid Dynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Combustion, Natural gas System Design, and, Energy efficiency. She has published over 35 peer-reviewed papers in reputed international journals and conferences and has been the Principal Investigator on 5 research projects from the Government. Her research interests are in Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), nanofluid, heat transfer enhancement, organic Rankine cycle (ORC), turbomachines, energy management
